On Sunday April 3rd, the North American KiMudo Association will host its annual spring martial arts tournament.
Spring is just around the corner! In class, we will focus on forms and sparring to prepare for a martial arts tournament. Please, bring your sparring gear to every class!
For many of our students, this will be your first martial arts tournament. We hope to provide enough information and practice that you feel comfortable participating. Do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Every rank can participate in forms and sparring; however protective gear is required to spar in tournament. Please see Amanda or Master Audrey if you are interested in gear. Green Belts and up can also participate in weapons forms and weapons sparring.
The tournament date is set for April 3rd at Brookwood Middle School. Brookwood currently requires that everyone wear a mask while indoors. This may change if numbers go down, but we want to respect their rules.
