Hello Students,
Happy Holidays to all of you!
As some of you may already know. I will be having surgery on my shoulder this Wednesday to “tighten” it up. The doc wants to proactively avoid a dislocation and thus an emergency surgery. I will be off the mat until after the first of the year. “Nurse” Audrey will be making sure I behave myself while I am recovering. Our black belts will be covering classes while we are off the mat. Please be sure you give them the same respect that you give us.
