Tai Chi Class
Join us in a relaxed and welcoming environment open to all ages and fitness levels. Tai Chi is a low intensity martial focused on relaxation, balance, and self defense. In this ancient Chinese martial art, you’ll work in slow, purposeful postures and practice self defense concepts with classmates.
Research indicates that balance is a leading indicator of long term health and life expectancy, but improving on our own can be a challenge. Let our certified instructors help.
In tai chi class, we teach movement to improve balance, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation in a noncompetitive and relaxed environment. So relax completely so you can bend and balance whatever life throws your way.

- Tai Chi Weapons – Monday 7-8 pm
- Foundations of Tai Chi – Friday – 4:45-5:30 pm
- Foundations of Tai Chi – Saturday 9:30-10:30 am
